Some of the features and products that homeowners are looking for in their home include a water filtration system along with other using making green product choices such as VOC paint. When it comes to energy efficient home heating, one of our suppliers Heatilator has many eco-friendly products to choose from. For example their easy to use and maintain, Eco-Choice Pellet  and Wood Stoves provide clean and efficient heat, delivering warmth and comfort to any room. Since 1927, Heatilator has been manufacturing some of the best hearth products on the market, right here in the USA.

You can reduce your heating bills and live green by utilizing renewable fuels. Pellet fuel is the cleanest burning biomass fuel available. Wood stoves are EPA-certified and clean-burning Eco-Choice pellet stoves have large hoppers to hold plenty of fuel, include large ash pans and a fully-opening firepot bottom for easy maintenance. Eco-Choice wood stoves feature a wide door opening with single-lever operation and an air wash system to keep the glass clean. The secondary wood combustion system gives you cleaner burns and less maintenance.

If you ae not familiar with pellet fuels or pellets, they are biofuels made from compressed organic matter or biomass that can be made from any one of five general categories of biomass: industrial waste and co-products, food waste, agricultural residues, energy crops, and virgin lumber. Wood pellets made from compacted sawdust and related industrial wastes from leftovers of the manufacturing process for wood products and furniture are the most common type of pellet fuel. Everything from empty fruit bunches, palm kernel shells, coconut shells, and tree tops and branches discarded during logging operations can also be used as pellets. Pellets are extremely dense and can be produced with a low moisture content (below 10%) that allows them to be burned with very high combustion efficiency. The great thing about pellets is that emissions such as NOx, SOx and volatile organic compounds from pellet burning equipment are very low when compared to other forms of combustion heating

For smaller space, the Eco-Choice CAB50 cabinet-style, pellet stove reduce your heating bill and lets you go green with a 12,900-34,000 BTU per hour comfortably heating a 1,500-2,000 sq. ft. space. Both models require a 16,300-43,000 BTU per hour input with a 1,800-2,500 sq. ft. heating capacity. All pellet stoves are 78% energy efficient and mobile home approved.

If you prefer a wood stove, the Eco-Choice wood stoves and inserts are available as well, featuring a wide door opening with single-lever operation and an air wash system to keep the glass clean.
